We are a paid pickup and removal service, not a free donation pickup. Our goal is to make letting go of furniture and household items simple and sustainable. We charge for the convenience of coming to your home, carefully removing items, and ensuring they are responsibly rehomed instead of sent to the landfill.

How much does it cost?

Every person has a different story, and every home needs a custom estimate - we try to keep our services as low as we can!

Can I shop online?

Absolutely. Our collection is available online and updated regularly. Each item is unique, so check back often!

How do I know if my item is a good fit?

If your item has quality, character, or sentimental value—even if it’s gently worn—it might be perfect. You can submit photos and details through our pickup request form.

Do you pick up during cleanouts, moves, or estate transitions?

Yes, we specialize in supporting people during life transitions—whether you're downsizing, moving, or navigating loss. We handle items with care and sensitivity.

Can I see where my item ends up?

What happens if you can't take my item?

We try to accept as much as we can, but sometimes we’re unable to take items due to condition, safety, or space. If so, we’ll kindly let you know and can recommend responsible alternatives when possible.

Do you offer delivery?

At this time, we do not offer delivery. Purchased items must be picked up from our location. We’ll coordinate with you to make pickup easy and convenient.
